At HealthTech Bio Actives, S.L.U., we are looking for a proactive specialist to oversee technical documentation and GMP-compliant processes. The QA Process Technician role responsibilities include leading risk assessments and stability testing, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and the optimization of operating standards.
Major Accountabilities
- Prepare monthly reports in appropriate form and time addressed to the Commercial area, evaluating customer profitability and margin performance to guide product pricing
- Analyze and identify possible deviations vs Budget/LE and inform internally -including proposals- to compensate them
- Lead Budgeting (including quarterly LE) Net Sales and Gross Margin process through all the organization, defining deadlines, tools and responsibilities -jointly with the Controlling Manager-
- Control the OPEX Budget execution in the Commercial area, identifying possible deviation in values and/or timings
- Collaborate in internal Commercial projects, providing a view focused in financial impacts and proposing changes to ensure efficiencies, innovation and improvements
- Collaborate with the accounting department to define the criteria to assign expenses accurately
- Lead the Commercial transformation jointly with the Commercial Excellence area. Developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support the sales pipeline and identify revenue opportunities.

- Monthly closing report accuracy (date and quality)
- Budgeting processes (Budget and Quarterly LE accuracy (date and quality)
- Goals achieved in strategic project
- Satisfaction level of stakeholders (Shareholders, Executive Committee)

Background
Education: University Degree in Economy or similar
Minimum requirements:
- Experience of +3 years as a Commercial Business Controller in a manufacturing company
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Analytical and research skills
- IT knowledge at user level (Office tools and, if possible, SAP)
