At HealthTech Bio Actives, S.L.U., we are looking for a proactive specialist to oversee technical documentation and GMP-compliant processes. The QA Process Technician role responsibilities include leading risk assessments and stability testing, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and the optimization of operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, review, and optimization of manufacturing and cleaning batch records.
- Management and updating of process documentation.
- Active participation in validations (process and cleaning).
- Monitoring and oversight of stability studies.
- Preparation of technical validation documentation.
- Internal training on GMP, processes, and quality culture.
- Risk assessment (changes, deviations, and processes).
- Cross-functional technical support across departments.
- Identification of improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- ≥ 2 years of experience in validation and qualifications.
- Solid knowledge of GMP regulations.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
